Objektivi dhe q\u00ebllimi kryesor i k\u00ebsaj nisme ishte strehimi urgjent i familjeve n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb n\u00eb zonat m\u00eb t\u00eb prekura nga t\u00ebrmeti. Fondacioni PROGRESS ishte n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb siguronte strehim p\u00ebr 20 familje n\u00eb zonat Thumane, Tiran\u00eb, Bubq, Peze dhe Manez duke nd\u00ebrtuar sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr
