The objective of this project is to help increase the quality of justice in relation to juvenile delinquency in the District Courts of Dibra and Mat. Specific objectives include: a) monitoring the efficiency of the court decisions for the years 2015, 2016, and 2017 (special focus on cases of juvenile justice), b) assessing the level of capacity building of judges, prosecutors and lawyers, and c) assessing the quality of court decisions related to juvenile criminal offenses.

The activities are divided into three main categories. The first relates to the analytical aspects of quality improvement. It includes data collection, data analysis and court monitoring. The second category concerns quality assessment urveys and interviews, roundtables and case / verdict evaluation.

The third category relates to information and dissemination type activities. It includes activities such as stakeholder information sessions, social media campaigns, reporting and workshops / meetings with all stakeholders.
