There is an evident lack of data regarding the challenges the emigrants face when returning to our country such as the dissociation for the amount of time they have lived in Germany, the significant differences between the two countries, the changes that have occurred over the years in Albania in terms of regulations, laws, social network, etc. just to name a few. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to have a detailed methodology and approach in order to offer a reintegration process for the returnees that is packed with all the necessary information, and guidelines to ensure an easy and smooth process. The info-packages are designed and prepared according to the specific needs of the respective cases received and include information and proper orientation on the labor market, vocational training, housing, job opportunities, education, medical care, etc.
